Registration Questions
Why must I supply a password?
Why do I need to confirm my e-mail address after registering?
Haven't received your registration e-mail yet?

  • Why must I supply a password?
The combination of your email and password will allow you to access the "My Account" page where you can change your subscription information including the councils you are interested in. We ask that the password is entered twice in case of an accidental mistype, which could prevent you from later logging in to "My Account".

The password must be at least 6 characters, and can be any combination of letters and numbers you choose. You may change your password at any time by logging in to your account.

  • Why do I need to confirm my e-mail address?
This last registration step makes sure your e-mail address is working properly.

Since e-mail is used to notify you of Platting & Zoning case activity it is essential that we have the right e-mail address for you. Checking your e-mail also ensures that you have not been subscribed to our mailing list without your knowledge.

  • Haven't received your registration e-mail yet?
    Please try the following:
    1. Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is full, you may need to delete some existing e-mails in order to receive new ones. After deleting e-mails, request that we resend your registration e-mail.
    2. If you have a bulk mail or junk mail folder, check to see if your registration e-mail is there. The subject line will read "Confirm myCommunity Registration" and the from address will be "MoaPlanning@muni.org".
    3. Check your SPAM settings. If you are subscribed to or using a spam filter it maybe possible that e-mails from this service are directed to a spam folder. For example, some spam filters may place all e-mail from the ".org" domain in the junk mail folder, requiring the customer to add "MoaPlanning@muni.org" as an approved sender to receive these messages in their inbox. Please consult your spam filter documentation about how to ensure that your Planning e-Alerts are not going in a spam folder. All e-mail from this service will be sent from "MOAPlanning@muni.org".
    4. AOL/CompuServe users: Make sure your Mail Controls are set to receive e-mails from the Internet. If you have Internet e-mail blocked, please change your Mail Controls by entering the keyword "Mail Controls" on AOL or Compuserve. After changing your Mail Controls, request that we resend your registration e-mail.
    5. Wait up to 24 hours. Since we do not control your e-mail system, your e-mail may not arrive instantly.
    6. Login to the My Account page. If your Account Status is not "Active", check the box marked "reactivate account" and submit changes. (you can find status information at the top of the page in the green bar). This will resend your registration e-mail.
