What is it?
Planning e-Alerts is a free subscription service that will automatically notify you by e-mail when new zoning or platting cases come up in the community councils you choose. View a sample e-Alert email.

Note: This service sends out alerts about NEW cases, which have just recently been submitted to the Planning Department for scheduling. At the time alerts are sent out the department will be in the process of setting up the case file and assigning staff. The staff report will be available on the on-line notification web site for Cases On-Line one week before the public meeting date.

How do I sign Up?
Signing up is easy and free. Simply fill out the myCommunity registration form, then reply to the automatic email to confirm your registration.

Registration is just 2 easy steps:  Confirm Your E-mail Once registered you will begin receiving e-mail alerts within 24 hours of our staff entering new zoning and platting cases into our system.

How often will I get emails?
There are approximately 300 new zoning & platting cases a year. The number of e-mails you receive will depend on the activity level in the community councils you choose to watch.

How do I Unsubscribe or Change my Subscription Preferences?
You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time.
You will be asked to login in before you can change any of your subscription preferences.
